todays rant

Why is it that when people are sick with the flu they still insist on going out in public? All they are doing is spreading it around to everyone else. One of the people I work with has been in all week and she does not just have the sniffles she has a full blown flu. She is coughing and barking like a seal. For those of us who work in the same area as her what chance do we have of not getting it? Each time she coughs it is so bad that I expect to see blood flying though the room. We have been telling her to go home but she refuses saying she does not want to use up any of her time. I can understand her not wanting to use up her time but she doesn’t understand why we want her to go home. I don’t want to get the flu and I don’t want to bring it home to my wife and kids either. She is not the only one I know who does things like this. One of my wife’s friends does exactly the same thing she will come and visit when she or her kids have a full blown flu(she knows that we don’t want her to when they are sick) they also will go to the supermarket and mall’s and spread the flu around to everyone there to and people wonder why we have flu epidemics. I understand that life for these people must go on but if you are sick to the point that you should not be out of bed why do you need to go to wal-mart for no other reason then to just see what’s on sale today? Is it that important that you need to pass the flu bug on to save $2 on a pare of jeans?

Chaos

School is in full swing the chaos is back in full swing to. Swimming lessons have started brownie registration is tonight. She also wants dance and music lessons I don’t know where the time and funding for it all will come from. To add too the daily chaos we over slept today. My daughter and I were rushing around getting ready just when I think everything is under control I jump in the shower and not even one minute later I here DADDY!!! And my three year old son comes running in the bathroom pulls back the shower curtain to show me that he wet the bed and he is wet almost up to his neck. Because the shower curtain was pulled back with out any warning the floor is now also getting wet. Just what I needed when I was in a rush. I got out put him in and while he was in the tub splashing and playing I had to clean up the mess he made in the bed and on the bathroom floor. By the time everything was done needless to say I was late for work.

The eye color personality test

I don't really agree with this but I am posting it anyway.
Ok! I am sweet and thoughtful but not gulliable and I have no problem in saying NO!
I used to worry about hurting other peoples feeling, well I still do but not near as much.
I am generous but not as much as I once was.
But I still like to hang out with friends and laugh!

HASH(0x852ddd0)
You chose hazel eyes. That means you are a very sweet, thoughtful person.
You are gulliable too, so it's hard for you to
sometimes say no to situations you don't like.
You're too worried that you might hurt
someone's feelings that a lot of the time you
don't think about what you want. You are also
very generous. You love to hang out with your
friends, and laugh at every little
"funny" thing.

Fall is not coming fast enough

Yeah! Here comes the fall it’s my favorite time of year. I love to be outside in the fall the air is cool and crisp, the bugs are gone the leaves turn and fall. Being out side in the fall is so relaxing and rejuvenating. With the year I have had I can’t wait to get out there. I need to unload my stresses. For me the best way to do that is out in nature. I feel like a ticking time bomb ready to explode at anytime. I am by no means a city person. I hate the city I feel trapped when in the city and take every opportunity to get away from the city. There is nothing better than a walk by the ocean or through the woods to get your mind off of your modern day problems and right now I think I need a two or three day walk.

I know men and there toys

I bought a pressure washer today its not a great one only 1300 psi but boy does it work. I decided to try it on the deck and holy shit it removed everything dirt and stain. Imagine what I could do with a more powerful one. Arr, arr, arr, arr, arrr!

I got this today in an email and thought I should pass it on.

This one below is my favorite because this is the argument I am always having with my wife.
