My pet peeve for today

This is for those bloggers out there that have music on your blog. If you are going to have music playing on your blog please give your visitor the option to turn it off? Not everyone likes to the same music and there are some of you who have it set up so that even after leaving your sight the music continues and shutting down the browser doesn’t stop it either. It’s very frustrating I like most of what I hear but I am not always in the mood to here the same song over and over and over again. Just put the controls somewhere on you blog like most bloggers do so that I can stop the music if I don’t want to hear it. When I leave your blog I don’t want your music choice to follow me.

Are you jogging your way to saggy breasts???

According to this BBC report researchers are warning women that improperly supported exercise will cause your breasts to sag. The study suggested as a woman runs a mile, her breasts bounced 135 meters or an average of 9cm per step. This leaves me to wonder who’s job was it to measure each bounce and how do I apply for such job? Ladies please support those breasts.
